Platform(電子医療コミュニケーションシステム)に対する利用者の意見に最も影響を与えていた。 Health
Health
Late adolescent outcomes of different developmental trajectories of
ADHD symptoms in a large longitudinal study.
- ADHD symptoms show substantial heterogeneity in developmental trajectories
- Distinctions are often made between persistent versus remittent, and
early- versus late-onset trajectories
- It is unclear how these trajectories relate to late adolescent functioning
- Researchers used data from the UK Millennium Cohort Study to
evaluate developmental trajectories of ADHD symptoms up to age 17
- Optimal model included five trajectory groups: unaffected, mildly
affected, subclinical remitting, adolescent onset, and stable high
- Adolescent onset and stable high trajectories were similarly
impaired, except for substance use
- Subclinical remitting individuals showed impairment in self-esteem
and well-being compared to unaffected individuals
- Those with later onset had similar impairments to those with early
onset/persistent trajectories by mid-adolescence
- Some residual impairment may remain for those on a remitting
trajectory, even in late adolescence.
